“I had seen the glowing reviews for Alexander’s and had high expectations 
going in, but still they managed to absolutely impress me! “Honest” is definitely the word to describe them. When my vehicle was inspected by at a dealership, they told me my radiator was leaking and needed to be replaced very soon or I might end up on the side of the rode. Alexander’s was offering to do it for a third of the price the dealership was charging, so I dropped my car off. A few hours later, I get a phone call telling me that after very thorough testing, the guys at Alexander’s could find any evidence of a leak. Although it may be possible that the dealership can somehow identify trouble with my radiator further out than other mechanics, it certainly isn’t so damaged to require immediate replacement. Alexander’s could have just replaced the part, which they had already ordered for me ahead of time, and I would have been none the wiser, happily paying their great rate for quality service. However, the mechanic called me up and told me it wouldn’t be necessary. I still had them do some other minor service for me, but at the end of the day they saved me a lot of money. I think that’s the last time I get my vehicle serviced at the dealership. From here on, I’m always going to Alexander’s.”
